ABOUT
On Sunday, November 1 at 4 pm, the Musikanten choir will sing the beloved Brahms Requiem, in an intimate setting (by Brahms himself) for 4-hand piano known as the London Version. Accompanying the choir will be virtuoso pianists June Lee and Mark Walker. Soloists are soprano Gretchen Mundinger and baritones Bobb Robinson and Robert W. Tudor. Musikanten will open the concert with British composer William H. Harris’ double choir motet “Faire is the Heaven.” Candles will be lighted and the cantor will chant the names of those dear ones we have lost.
Please send any names for the memorial list to musikantenmt@aol.com, by October 30. Suggested donation is $30 at the door.
